We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, just a minute away from the train station and within easy walking distance to the popular attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having our own private hot tub on the balcony. The staff's hospitality truly stood out - they were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast served at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and truly satisfied our taste buds. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and sweets in the comfortable lobby. The amenities provided, including skin lotions, toiletries, and a selection of room wear, made us feel pampered and relaxed.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located right next to the train station in the city centre, this modern ryokan hotel boasts excellent staff and facilities. the lobby is relaxing with free drinks on offer, while the private onsens are comfortable and the rooms are modern, clean and equipped with private rotenburos. the restaurant serves delicious food with creative presentations of familiar dishes and the multi-course Japanese breakfast is exceptional.
The information in the rooms for operating the private onsen and TV are only in Japanese, which might be difficult for non-Japanese speakers to navigate.

Had an amazing stay at this modern ryokan close to the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious and we loved how creative the chef got with each dish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a private rotenburo which was so relaxing after a long day of exploring. The lobby was also a great space to unwind with complimentary drinks and snacks.
The noise from the main road nearby could be a bit bothersome and took away from the calming atmosphere of the rotenburo. The shared main onsen and rotenburo were average and lacked the traditional feel of a ryokan.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic as it was right in front of the train station, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for those traveling for work. It is situated just a minute away from the JR station, making commuting very easy. The modern rooms made me feel at home instantly, and I really appreciated the private bath in my balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing me with all the necessary amenities I needed during my stay.
The convenience of the hotel’s location came with a downside. Being situated near the train station meant there were noises from trains and buses passing by during the day and night. This made it somewhat difficult for me to relax and get enough sleep. While the other facilities were top-notch, the shared main ofuro and rotenburo did not quite meet my expectations.
